The library
Switch to the Kaya route. And we get a new character 😀

A Cyrillic speaking spaniel hybrid? How unusual, I didn’t think spaniels were usual in the Russo/Slavic nations.
Just another dog-hybrid from parents that speak Russian (or similar) at home, despite having been in the USA since shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Well, I mean…. I kinda don’t think dragons are usual in North American nations.
Good point. And they don’t look like Central America dragons either.
*Quick Google-Fu*
Huh, turns out there ARE “American Dragons”. Didn’t expect that…
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_dragons_in_mythology_and_folklore
Two words: Jake Long. 😁
Sorry, accidentally used my RW name. (Recently got a new computer and the fill-in isn’t complete yet.)
Dragons are one of those universal symbols. Pretty much every culture has something that can be described as a dragon, though what it represents can vary drastically from culture to culture
Dragon basically means “something extremely powerful and potentially dangerous” the villain’s right-hand man is also called a dragon.
That’s a more modern use for the word, but I get where you’re going
@reynard61 Don’t worry, old Fox. We’ll never remember that name. Promise. May you strike me Ed if I’m fibbing.
@Welsh Rat: *You* may not remember, but this page sure will. Forever and ever and ever and ever…
He only does that when he needs to PG his swearing.
Well hopefully that’s the only headache Misha will have dealing with Kaya’s group.
Something tells me Misha can be as much a headache as Kaya can… They share some similarities from what I’ve seen so far, both are rather goofy kids.
Translation? I can put the cyrillic into Google Translate but typing Cyrillic is more than I can handle before my coffee.
“Damage control is easy. Reading Klingon? That’s hard.” – Montgomery “Scotty” Scott, ST:TVH.
“Damage control is easy. Reading Klingon? That’s hard.” – Montgomery “Scotty” Scott, ST:TVH.
The irony in that quote being that the actor who played him; the late, great James Doohan; helped to develop the Klingon language: https://redshirtsalwaysdie.com/2021/08/13/did-you-know-one-former-star-trek-actor-created-the-vulcan-and-klingon-languages/
The profanity filter probably won’t let me write the direct translation, but it means “excrement.”
Rubbish? Filth? Slime? Muck?
…Putrescence?
Leave it to Kaya to be loud wherever she goes.
The layout of the library looks interesting, though.
Was language did the library puppy just speak?
Russian ^^
Aw man, we jump away from Team Kai before we could see the game! Now we have to wait another 3 weeks to see the outcome.
Looks like our favorite foul mouthed Russian Cocker Spaniel has made her Twin Dragons debut! Butt first… I’m surprised she works at library, given that she’s skipped school and was held back (I think) and I get the feeling she swears rather loudly.
To no one’s surprise, Kaya shouts in a library, maybe she needs an inside voice among her birthday presents? Misha now has a new friend who probably thinks the doggy girl is adorable. Lucky for Misha, Kaya isn’t likely to pounce on her right now. If Misha isn’t in a good mood to cooperate, just bribe her with a cheeseburger, you guys! Misha was looking for something the other librarians relocated, could this be the clue Team Kaya is after? And will Misha have a prominent lump swelling up on her head?
Were do we know this character from?
Stream loot mostly. Might have been a background cameo on e or twice
She’s a character with a lot of side art, like Amy before her but yeah, she’s found mostly stream loot here’s her character sheet if you want to see it:

I just translated and she said sh*t. Russian is a tricky language, that’s for sure.
Indeed, Brother-Comrade…
Too lazy to repeat your feat, but in reverse, yep, letter for letter.
Assume that word is the swear word and not referring to poop.
“Oh; hello, Misha! ..and AePbMO to you too!” 🙂
Good job , exuberant Kaya ^_^”
Misha will surely be the “clue” girl” …… And i bet she’s lost it Xb
Kaya greeting power:- Activate!
Especially in the quiet.
Is this a good way to begin a talk?
One word for you – Niet!
Kaya and squad booking in
in the next stage of the test;
not to solve the problems, no –
it’s just to see who’s best!
Hunting the aisles for the test
is purely one for the rooks
as Mischa ponders one true threat…
aren’t Dragons known for burning books?
No, but religious extremists are.
They both carry copious amounts of hellsfire inside.
Careful with your wording Sweetie… you’ll hurt little Smokey’s feelings…
Panel 2: There should be a comma at the end of “surely”.
Also, panel 6: Pronunciation?
There would only need to be a comma at the end of ‘surely’ if there was one right before it to. It’s part of the sentence here, not a redundant word.
too*
Pronunciation: дерьмо /dʲɪrʲˈmo/: dʲ, like the “d” in “duke”; ɪ, like the “i” in “kit”; rʲ is a soft but trilled r – no exact example in English; mo, like “mo” in more, but with a shorter “o”
It is a rather soft Russian swear word meaning sh*t, excrement, but also crap and can be used as a reference to a bad person. Judging from the context, I would translate Miša’s swearing as “Oh, crap”
World Guide, paragraph 5: Drop the comma from “teeth”. Also, destructive, not destructable.
I just wanted to share a cool webcomic I found recently called Aurora, made by OSP Red. I’ve been enjoying it a lot.
Daniel here…
Chuckled a bit at the choice of foreign language. Russian? It just had to be Russian…
My OCs speak fluent Russian since the Gypsy Mother of Morgana was ran out of Ukraine when her 3rd child was born a Demon Hybrid. Superstitious members of the Gypsy group got spooked and chased them out, they moved into emergency housing, but when they heard that there was a Demon Hybrid living in Western Australia, they took what little they had and moved Down Under. They eventually made contact, and eventually the kids became friends, picking up the language over time…
And for the record, I made Morgana’s Mother Ukrainian for roughly a month before the Russian invasion. If they were adults, my main OC Damien would have joined the front lines for Ukraine, using his specialised abilities to hunt his targets…
I think the challenge just got more difficult. 🙂

*POW!* …consider yourself struck. 😉 🙂
Interesting how her ears flew up. She hit her head hard.
She should have taken her time, but instead she was Russian!
Geez dude. Why?
Because it’s a good bad pun? 🙂
I find it interesting that Amy has a right-hand (paw?) “glove” on her fur, and Misha has a left-hand “glove.” =3
I’m slightly curious if Astrid chose it that way on purpose.
(Whoops. Wrong page.)
